My name is Michelle and I originally come from the
freight forwarding and customs industry. In recent
years, however, I have discovered a passion for the
events sector and have steadily developed this
through various projects and practical experience.
A defining moment was my training as an events
manager, during which I also had the pleasure of
meeting Vincent. Right from our very first project
together, it was clear what drives us: to offer a platform
to emerging artists and create space for new, creative
voices. With our graduation project, "Art Connection",
we laid the foundations for this. We are now bringing this
experience to the ArtxMusic Festival – with the aim of
continuing our vision on a bigger stage and raising
the profile of even more artists.

Adriano Fontana is a gallerist, curator, and lighting designer,
as well as the owner of arkadia-design.ch. In his work,
he combines art, space, and light into cohesive concepts
that go beyond the purely visual and make atmosphere
tangible. Through his programming of Halle 80 and the
Hair Atelier, he creates platforms for contemporary art and
curates exhibitions that encourage dialogue between
artists and the public. His curatorial approach is characterized
by openness, a spirit of experimentation, and a refined
sensitivity to spatial staging. As a lighting designer, he develops
bespoke lighting solutions and creates his own objects that
unite functionality with artistic expression. His work is distinguished
by a clear formal language, an awareness of materials, and the
deliberate impact of light within a space.

Hi, I’m Vincent, currently studying Visual Communication
& Digital Spaces at the Basel Academy of Art and Design.
My passions lie in DJing, music, art, and the act of creating
itself. I’m especially fascinated by the interplay between
different creative forms — from painting to DJing — and how
they can influence and inspire one another. Beyond my
personal work, I’m deeply interested in bringing people together
and supporting emerging talent. I’ve organized several events in
the fields of art and music, each of which has given me valuable
experience and continues to motivate me to grow and expand
my horizons. What truly drives me is connecting people —
especially in times where many feel isolated or alone. I want to
create spaces where individuals can meet, exchange ideas, and
feel a sense of belonging through shared creative energy.
